Products purchased through the online site will be shipped and delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Once payment has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for the shipment.
Upon delivery, the customer must verify that:
The number of packages delivered matches the quantity indicated in the accompanying document or on the courier's terminal.
The packaging is intact, undamaged, and unaltered. If there is visible damage to the packaging, the customer should accept the delivery with a reservation. If the customer accepts damaged packaging without reservation, we will not be able to initiate a reimbursement request with the courier.
The products received match the order; any discrepancies must be reported within 15 days from the date of package receipt.
