Returns & Refunds

You always have the right to return purchased goods within 15 days of receiving the package or the last item in your order.

Returns from non-EU countries will be subject to import duties upon re-entry into Italy. If the return is requested for reasons not related to a production defect, such as error or desire for exchange, the duty cost will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping is at the customer’s expense, except in cases of clear product quality issues. You may use a courier or postal service of your choice, as long as it is trackable.

All packages contain a Return Form essential for returning your items; if you cannot find it, download it here.

If you wish to return purchased items, you can either bring them to our stores in Milan or Torbole.

Please take note of the following guidelines to ensure your return complies with our policy:

Returned items must not have been used, washed, or altered.
Return items with original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Once we have received the return, Negrinautica will check the condition of the items and issue a refund equivalent to the value of each product at the sale price.
Fill out the return form found in the package and place it visibly in the return package.
Use appropriate packaging, avoiding shipping products in their original boxes (shoes, gloves, etc.). Keep original packaging intact within dedicated boxes or bags. If the original packaging is damaged, the refund may be affected as the product will no longer be sellable.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Certain special items must meet specific conditions to be returned, such as swimwear, which must include the hygienic sticker, and accessories, which must be returned with the original packaging intact.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase. For cash-on-delivery payments, please include your IBAN on the form.

You will receive a confirmation of the return acceptance and proof of refund via email once the process is completed.
